A 2 hrs. per week class. Students are required to have a minimum of 5 CanGym ribbons for these classes. More advanced skills are introduced and students will receive a ribbon at the end of the year when they complete their level. Term 1: September 2025 to end of January 2026. Term 2: February 2026 to end of June 2026.

Each year in May the Falcon Gymnastics Parents Association (FGPA) hosts the Garden City Invitational (GCI) gymnastics meet. The GCI is the only meet like it on Vancouver Island and gives our athletes the opportunity to perform in Victoria while proudly hosting 15 officials and 400+ competitors and their families from other parts of Canada and the United States. This year we are celebrating the 42nd Garden City Invitational. Victoria is known as the City of Flowers! Join in the fun and wear a flower-themed leotard!
