Our recreational gymnastics program runs on a semester system. Our first semester takes place from September until the end of January 2024. The second semester is from February 2024 to end of June 2024. Recreational classes are 1.25 hours long per week for girls and boys ages 6 and up. Fill in the form to register.

Each year in May the Falcon Gymnastics Parents Association (FGPA) hosts the Garden City Invitational (GCI) gymnastics meet. The GCI is the only meet like it on Vancouver Island and gives our athletes the opportunity to perform in Victoria while proudly hosting 15 officials and 400+ competitors and their families from other parts of Canada and the United States. This year we are celebrating the 41th Garden City Invitational. Victoria is known as the City of Flowers! Join in the fun and wear a flower-themed leotard!
