This 1 hour class (once per week), will help children learn the fundamentals of gymnastics movements. Gymnastics skills are for general gross motor development, coordination and lots of fun! Every child receives a ribbon upon completing the session. This is a class with no parent participation.

Our recreational gymnastics program runs on a semester system. Our first semester takes place from September 2026 until the end of January 2027. The second semester is from February 2027 to end of June 2027. Recreational classes are 1.25 hours long per week for girls and boys ages 6 and up. Fill in the form to register.

This 45 min (once a week) introductory program is designed for children with an uncontrollable urge to discover. Movement patterns are emphasized – bouncing, swinging, rolling, balancing, and just old fashioned fun! Every child receives a ribbon upon completing the session. One parent or guardian is required to assist the child in this class.

A 2 hrs. per week class. Students are required to have a minimum of 5 CanGym ribbons for these classes. More advanced skills are introduced and students will receive a ribbon at the end of the year when they complete their level. Term 1: September 2026 to end of January 2027. Join us on Friday mornings 11:30 – 12:30pm for unstructured play time with your preschooler (18months – 5 years old). An opportunity to play and learn what Falcon Gymnastics has to offer. Please note: Parents or guardian must supervise their child at all times during the drop in and it is not a structured class, meaning the instructor is only on the floor to supervise.

Pre-competitive gymnastics is offered for children 5 and up with at least 1-2 years of gymnastics experiences. CCP Level 2 will practice 2x per week 3 hours each time. This group is by invitation only. Please call or email for further information.
Each year in May the Falcon Gymnastics Parents Association (FGPA) hosts the Garden City Invitational (GCI) gymnastics meet. The GCI is the only meet like it on Vancouver Island and gives our athletes the opportunity to perform in Victoria while proudly hosting 15 officials and 400+ competitors and their families from other parts of Canada and the United States. This year we are celebrating the 43rd Garden City Invitational. Victoria is known as the City of Flowers! Join in the fun and wear a flower-themed leotard!
